Body Positive Dorset is a self-help group set up to offer advice, practical support, counselling and information helping those people whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS. Body Positive Dorset is a registered Charity, run by a team of dedicated volunteers, and is also a full member of the National Network of self-help HIV/AIDS groups.
It is an almost unique resource managed and run by people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Body Positive Dorset is the ONLY voluntary organisation in the county offering support and services to those with HIV/AIDS.
We cover all aspects of the Dorset Community without discrimination on colour, age, gender or sexual orientation. The Charity aims to provide services for the benefit of local people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
There are many ways you can make donations to help support Body Positive Dorset.
You can complete the forms in our Gift Aid pack, post them to us and we will do the rest. You can make a Gift Aid donation, or use it with your monthly donation. Gift Aid makes your donation worth more. It allows us to claim an additional 28% of your donation from the Inland Revenue. This does not affect your donation amount.
